Penélope Cruz recently gave an interview to Vogue magazine, where she reviewed her most iconic looks.
One of them corresponded to the red dress she wore at the 2011 Oscar gala, where her husband and father of her two children, the Spanish actor Javier Bardem, was nominated.
“I had given birth to my son a month before and I chose this dress from my friend L’Wren Scott, perhaps the least appropriate to wear at a gala like this, on a few days when you are breastfeeding,” she confessed.
“He was carrying a hidden bag…”
And along the same lines, he added: “Then I carried a bag around hidden because every two hours or less, I had to run to a bathroom and get milk.”
According to the award-winning interpreter, that “was the only way to be able to wear this dress,” she said with a laugh.
“And two years later I found Natalie Portman in the bathroom doing the same thing, in the same situation, of course I did!” she said proudly.
