Chile is preparing to make history by telling about this next Friday September 23 and until Sunday 25, when the motocross team, commanded by Hardy Munozcomes after 15 years of absence at the Motocross of Nations to be held at Red Bud MX in Buchanan, Michigan, in the U.S.

The national cast, headed by the young and consecrated Hardy21 years old, in addition to the outstanding pilots Benjamin Garib (18) and Matías Pavez (21), hopes to bring to life an exciting Chilean participation in the event that brings together the best of world motocross.

The last time that Chile was the protagonist of this championship was in the 2007, when he had “Team Israel” in his ranks, with the presence of the brothers Jeremías, Benjamín and Vicente, obtaining the 18th position of the competition.

The truth is that of the 34 teams that will be present at the event, only Chile, along with Brazil, Ecuador, Honduras, Mexico and Venezuela will represent the Latin American nations.which further increases the merit of having reached the contest that begins this Friday, September 23.

With casts made up of three competitors each, the Motocross of Nations has Italy as its recent monarch, which was consecrated in 2021, after a 2020 without competition as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

“Representing Chile is a dream and doing it in the company of Benjamín and Matías, two greats of national motocross, is even more motivating, because we arrived as a prepared team that comes with rhythm. We hope to bring the best results back to the country and remember the last Chilean performance in 2007,” said Hardy Muñoz, pilot of Team Monster Energy based in the United States.
